We’ve Moved to Electronic Medical Records

To improve the quality of patient care, Visalia Family Practice has moved to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). One of the new features is to better provide patient communications with a Patient Portal. Our care givers will have the ability to send timely alerts and patient information via an Internet web page.

The Patient Portal allows patients to view prescription information, lab results, diagnostic results and appointment information in a timely manner. Patients can also request prescription refills, send and receive messages to and from the doctor or nurse, complete health assessments, examine their statements to see their balance and much more.
